Coloque 3 xícaras de leite na panela, enquanto vai esquentando, junte mais 1 xícara (chá) de leite frio com 2 colheres (sobremesa) de amido de milho dissolvido e vá juntando aos poucos para não empelotar, espere ferver e engrossar, mexendo sempre. Coloque no final 1 colher (café) de noz moscada em pó.Sal &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;à gosto e reserve.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Molho de Tomate:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Bata no liquidificador, 2 latas de molho de tomate pelado italiano com ½ cebola média. Numa outra panela, frite 2 colheres (chá) de alho no azeite, deixe cozinhando uns 15 minutos. Adicione sal e temperos à gosto. Reserve.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Ferva a água para o cozimento do ravióli e quando ferver coloque-os na água e assim que levantar fervura. Cozinhe apenas 3 minutos e escorra numa travessa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Vá derramado o molho de tomate e o molho branco, intercalando-os na massa como se ficassem mesclados, não totalmente misturados. Salpique o queijo gorgozola, o queijo provolone por cima da travessa e por último a mussarela. (como se fosse uma lasagna).&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Leve ao forno para gratinar a parte de cima em fogo forte ou no grill. Sirva imediatamente, ou melhor, espere esfriar um pouquinho antes de dar a primeira garfada. Se preferir pode servir o queijo parmesão à mesa. Um bom vinho tinto seco não pode faltar.
